Ideally, this should be in person, but we offer online consultations by video, Zoom and Facetime. Our online consultations are a useful first step for us to understand your concerns and assess your suitability for surgery. Mr Tulley can then make recommendations and explain the procedure in full.
After your consultation the clinic will send you an outline of what was discussed, a guide to the treatment and recovery process and an estimate of medical fees. Surgery can then be scheduled given your availability to travel to the UK.
Once in London Mr Tulley will have a further in depth discussion and examination of the areas of concern and confirm the treatment plan ahead of surgery.
Depending on the surgery performed patients will usually spend a 7 to 14 day recovery period in the UK before returning home. This allows removal of any sutures that may be required and dressing changes. It ensures you are well recovered before returning home.
Depending on the type of surgery performed and the flight time home we will often recommend travelling back in full business class to minimise the risks of complications, this is confirmed at the time of booking.
